Comments

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact Forms

Information entered into a contact form will be used to contact you in an effort to reply to your questions or comments. We do not sell or actively share this info with anyone without your permission. If you have requested a quote, necessary details may be shared with our partners to provide you with the information you requested. We have no control over the privacy polices of our partners, nor what they do with your information. More details can be provided upon request or by contacting the relevant partner.

Email addresses and phone numbers entered into our forms: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies

Who we share your data with

We DO NOT actively share your data with anyone beyond our trusted partners which are required to provide you with the services that you have requested.

This information is public unless you subscribe for optional privacy services provided by the hosting service provider.  What we DO NOT do is sell our client’s Names, Emails, and Phone numbers or send lists of these details to other company’s for profit or favor. 

Analytics and 3rd Party Plugins:

Some 3rd party plugins or applications used by this site (such as Google Analytics and Google ReCAPTCHA) may be collecting anonymous user data from visitors to this website. We have no access to this data beyond complied visitor reports and we have no control over how 3rd parties use the data.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
