We are your One-Stop-Shop when it comes to the Marketing and Growth of your brand or business. Our small team of dedicated professionals collaborates on projects to bring our clients the results they seek.  

We listen to people’s goals, hear their pinch points, and work to identify a plan forward that works for their unique situation. Rather than trying to apply a boiler plate solution, or tell someone what they should do, we present options for progress on a macro and micro scale. 

Consultations are just the tip of the iceberg though. It’s easy to point out some ‘low hanging fruit’, or lay out a strategy for attracting more business. However, we follow up by putting our plan into action with a results driven approach to meeting peoples goals.

What’s our secret weapon? We go that extra mile so that when we’re done, you will be telling others about us! 

We could go on, but the truth is, it would be faster to list the things we don’t do. In reality, there is a lot of crossover in the services we provide and most projects flow from one stage to the next. While Rome wasn’t built in a day, there is never time to rest on our laurels in an ever competitive marketplace. You can be sure of one thing, your competitors won’t stand still and neither will we!

You probably didn’t find this site by accident. Frankly, very little effort goes into marketing this site. Ironic isn’t it? The reality is we usually have enough projects on our to-do list, which leaves little time or resources to spend marketing ourselves. It’s similar to a Michelin chef that eats Mac & Cheese after a day spent in the kitchen. 

If you were to search Web designer near me or Best SEO marketing company, we wouldn’t come up in the top ten pages of a google search. There are just too many people already paying big bucks to get your attention in the industry as it is. 
So, it would be a good guess that if you’re looking at this, then you heard about us from someone we’ve already worked with in the past. Or perhaps you found our link on another site and you’re just checking us out. Either way, we’re glad you stopped by!

As you may have heard from someone that’s worked with us before, we have a process to any project we’re presented with. This is part of what makes us unique and enjoyable to work with. When you work with the Maximus team, we put ourselves in your shoes. In many ways it’s like having an in-house marketing team for as long as you need us.

We like to start by getting to know you and your needs. Unless you have a clear and simple request, we want to understand what you do, and what you’re looking to improve or accomplish.

This can be something straightforward like “We want our website to; perform better, look more modern, convert more traffic to leads, rank higher in google searches, etc…”

Therefore, we typically start by creating a ‘Wishlist’ of all the things you might want. At this stage it’s ok to “shoot for the moon” because it’s just a discussion. We can help you narrow things down or plan a phased approach to focus on immediate needs and then develop a long term strategy.

This is a pretty common question. In fact people want to know things like “How much do  you charge for a website, a logo, to make me #1 on Google”. We wish it was that simple, but it’s not.
Some requests are easier to give an answer to than others. The process of designing a logo or a print flyer is an example of this. Maybe you need one new blog post every month to add content to your site. That’s another straightforward process.
However, if you’ve ever gone car shopping, you know that you can get a car for 2K, 20K, or 200K. Each is a vehicle with 4 tires that gets you from point A to B, but that’s where the similarities usually end.
In the case of a new website, we start by asking what you want and/or need. Next we might show you some recent examples and discuss the differences between them. At this point you can show us some sites that you like and explain what features you might like to incorporate into your own site. From there, we might take 24 hours and present you with a basic, advanced, and premium option for you to consider. 

SEO ranking, Local rankings, Social Media campaigns are things that typically take time to do successfully. For these we set some goals and a monthly budget, then track the results to report back to you. If you want to get to the top of Google next week, we can discuss Pay Per Click ads and sponsored content. But again, there is no one-size-fits-all price for this.

Many small to medium business owners and managers are quite skeptical of marketing professionals and we totally get it! Marketers naturally hype themselves up, then too often fail to meet the expectations they’ve set. We try to take a different approach because we honestly know that we can’t help everyone with everything. 

Rather than make unrealistic promises, we’ve had to pass on some projects over the years. Sometimes this happens because the project requires specifications we don’t specialize in. Other times we have had to politely pass on a project because we couldn’t see a way to help within the budget limitations. Occasionally, the amount of investment required, compared to the potential ROI was upside down, and it just didn’t seem right to accept the project. 

At the end of the day, we strive to meet or exceed people’s expectations. We know what we can accomplish and we’re here to help people succeed at their goals. If for some reason, we can’t do that, we see no shame in just stating that at the outset. If nothing else, we can usually help by recommending another option or provider that is better suited to your needs.

We live in an instant gratification world. You can tell Alexa to order food and before you know it, there’s a package on your doorstep. We don’t have enough minions to be quite that fast.
That said, we can come up with a timeline that works for your needs and fits within your budget. Depending on the full scope of your project, some aspects may be delivered in multiple phases.

What we’re NOT going to do is over-promise and under-deliver. If we started doing that, nobody would be referring other businesses to us and that is how 80% of our clients find us.

Most of the time we prefer to work in collaboration with our clients. That is to say, we can handle the boring technical stuff, but you’ll see better results, the more you give us to get started with. 

Generally speaking, our goal is to represent you by telling Your Story. While we have great content writers on the team, it’s hard to pull things from thin air that truly hit the mark. Even with brief details and a great deal of independent research, we still prefer to get your feedback and tweak things to your liking.  Sometimes people don’t know what they want until they see something they don’t like, and believe it or not, that process of elimination can be very helpful to move forward. 

Your involvement empowers us to be a force multiplier in the growth and success of your marketing efforts. This is especially true for Website projects. By providing us with information, photos, and answers to our questions, your project can be produced faster with more satisfying results.

Some projects are a one-off, while other clients continue to work with us for months and years. Without getting into specifics, it’s almost impossible to give you an expectation of what this will look like for you. We can tell you that once we accept a project, big or small, we’re like a dog with a bone working away at it until there’s nothing left to do.

Here’s a real world example to highlight our typical B2B relationship: 
A client was referred to us because they wanted to get flyers and business cards printed up. So we started with creating their logo and once satisfied, we proceeded to get that, along with some photos and messaging drafted and sent to their printer of choice. 

After a month, they came back to us with questions about creating a website to increase and elevate their web presence beyond social media profiles. With their budget in mind we designed a fairly simple site to feature their offerings and give customers more info about their brand and all they provide. That worked well for them and they began to expand their coverage area to more parts of Seattle and beyond.

Within six months this client wanted to know how they could start to rank higher in local searches and improve their SEO in general. At this point we recommended additional technical and on page SEO improvements. Simultaneously, we started adding additional pages of content to their site by writing articles and creating city specific pages with targeted keywords. 

Over the following 9-12 months we saw their stats continue to improve. The office manager confirmed that they were now busier than ever. As their customer base grew, we helped them to develop a follow up campaign to grow their favorable online reviews across multiple review sites. It’s been our great pleasure to see our efforts pay off for clients like this because we get real satisfaction from the work we do!
